Adults BJJ

We work with our adults, not against them! We encourage all adults and seniors to train! Whatever the scenario, we promote a family and community atmosphere. We will observe students and adjust them accordingly to their skill levels and physical capabilities. In the long run, students will progress and become proficient at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while getting in shape and improving their overall well-being.

Kids & Teens BJJ

Our Kids & Teens class focuses on developing strong BJJ foundations and self-defense techniques. Our curriculum also focuses on physical conditioning, team building and self-respect. We emphasize the importance of discipline, work ethic and the respect for others. Kids & Teens are taught to become strong self-confident leaders on and off the mat. We aspire to develop a true self confident and well rounded student.

Women Self-Defense

Women’s self-defense is a vital aspect of personal safety, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers a comprehensive solution. Through physical and mental empowerment, confidence-building, and practical techniques, BJJ equips women with the tools they need to protect themselves effectively. Moreover, the supportive community within our program fosters an environment where women can thrive and grow in their self-defense journey.
